As ACM FAccT conference organizers, we seek to foster an accessible and inclusive conference. We recognize that ACM FAccT 2025 attendees have differing abilities to pay, and have therefore instituted a tiered pricing program to accommodate different financial needs.
In striving to make the conference cost affordable for all, we also offer deeply discounted rates for those those who study or work in countries designated by ACM as "economically developing." If you are registering from one of these countries and require a discount code, please fill out this Google Form. If you have questions about price or eligibility, please email registration@facctconference.org.
In response to the FAccT community's feedback in past years, this year we are experimenting with a conference model hosted at a cultural and event venue, the Athens Conservatoire, rather than a hotel. We are optimistic about this model, which we hope will integrate the conference more directly in the hosting community. However, this also means attendees will need to independently identify and book lodging for the conference. To aid you in finding and booking accommodation, the FAccT 2025 Local Chairs have curated a list of possible options in the area, and procured discount codes for some of them.
