ACM FAccT 2026 aims to make participation accessible to everyone in our global community. We recognize that attendees have different financial circumstances and ability to pay, and have therefore implemented a tiered registration pricing system that aligns with ACM’s commitment to inclusion and accessibility. Our goal is to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation, and we encourage all participants to register under the appropriate pricing tier for their location.
Registration fees are based on the country associated with the address you entered in the conference registration portal, rather than your current place of residence or institutional affiliation. Countries are grouped by region and categorized according to ACM’s economically developing country list. Attendees whose addresses are located in countries designated by ACM as “economically developing” are automatically eligible for discounted registration rates. Please note that the discounted rate is not reflected until the order summary page; to get the discounted rate, choose the appropriate registration category and click through to the order summary page to apply the code. The country list is presented below.

We have a limited number of press passes available for journalists hoping to cover the conference. Please email press@facctconference.org with a brief statement of interest and your affiliation to request a pass.
We are unable to offer refunds except in the case of visa denial. If your visa is denied, you will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee.
